So far its been good. I went shopping yesterday for the week and bought myself little low-carb goodies so I wont get bored or frustrated with what I have to eat. And of course I told my guy friends about it, we stop off at Sev and they ooze about how good their chocolate bars and blueberry muffins are. Losers.
If I can make it past the first week, I know I'll start losing wieght in a big way and not miss the foods I'm depriving myself of. It will all be worth it come February and I'm lying on a beach in Mexico looking my best!
