When I am on the wagon, I do my Tony Little Tape Sunday-Thursday and a 90-rep collection of 6 different crunches and sit ups, and every morning from Monday-Friday, as soon as I wake up, I skip over to the gym and pedal it up on the stationary bike for 30 minutes before I have my breaky.
On a typical "good" day (I have troubles with portion control, and I tend to binge or overeat), when I use fitday, I arrange it so I have about 1250 calories a day, and about 5 meals throughout the day. It has always worked out very well for me.
